If you sign up for a rental property, we ask you to send a number of documents. On the basis of these pieces we check your income and we test your creditworthiness.

 

Always send
 

• a copy of your valid identity card or passport (possibly with a residence permit)

• Stay permission (verblijfsvergunning) in case of non Dutch passport

• Address history for the previous year

• Proof of address (bank statement or a utillity bill; a mobile phone bill is not suitable)

• Details of previous landlord or managing agent

Evidence of your income

               Paid employment:
               Holiday pay and an eventual 13th month we charge also with it. Please send the following documents:

• pay slips of the last 3 months

• The annual statement of the past year

• ​Bank account details from where the rent is to be paid each month
